550 GT Océ Arizona printer is the next generation model Océ Arizona Series. It uses UV curable inks and Océ VariaDot technology to deliver the quality of the photographic image to virtually any application. Designed as a real table system, it can print on a wide variety of rigid surface 49.2 to 98.4 inches and two inches thick substrates. It also offers a Roll Media option to print on flexible media, to 86.6 inches.
The Océ Arizona 550 GT has a mode of production print up to 433 square feet per hour on rigid media. This allows users to print more than 100 four-by-eight-foot boards in the single eight-hour shift. With this productivity, print providers can confidently take peak demand and rush jobs. It reduces the risk for companies that want to make the transition from analog to digital printing by providing print quality they need at production speeds. Express print mode will also be available with print speeds of up to 721 square feet per hour, or 22 to four discs eight feet per hour, almost three times higher than the fastest print speed available on the previously released Océ Arizona 350 GT printer.
Like all Océ Arizona, GT Océ Arizona 550 has been designed using efficient and simple engineering approach that makes it much more affordable than comparable systems. Print providers can own this high quality, high capacity printer for as much as 30 to 40 percent less than comparable systems, flat, competitive UV.
